Attendance Adjustments
Attendance advisor displays all events (absence, tardy, etc.) that have been imported from your TLM files as well as manually-entered and adjusted events, allowing you to review data, make any adjustments, and enter new events prior to running documentation and reports.
Document Management
Attendance Advisor shows all disciplinary notices or other actions at an employee level, including status indicators that can be used to review specific actions: New, Issued, Returned, Etc. to manage, view, and print necessary documentation.
Attendance Balance Tracking
Attendance Advisor tracks the balances of all employees and the points acquired against their overall balance, reducing the manual nature of tracking and automating notifications when an employee balance reaches a threshold.
